Our whole team work hard to ensure that our care is personalised to the individual's needs as we understand that each individual is unique. We know that the people working at Tarry's Residential Home are motivated by the fact that they work to make a significant difference to our residents' life and we encourage this by providing the right support to our staff.
Running Tarry's Residential Home is a collective effort coordinated by the Directors and the senior staff members. They are responsible for our team of over 25 staff members and for maintaining the exceptionally high standards of our service and upholding our company's beliefs.
