Our Senior Care Team are responsible for ensuring our Care Team are supported to deliver excellent care and friendship to our Residents. Our Senior team ensure that our Care Team and supported and empowered to deliver the best possible care. Our Senior Team manage our medication administration and ensure a well led shift for our Care Team.
Care Team
Our care team have been recruited using values based recruitment to ensure that they have the natural compassion and the skills needed to deliver excellent care and friendship for our Residents. Our Care Team is supported by our Senior Team to deliver outstanding care.
Activities Team
Our activities team are here throughout the week to ensure our Residents have meaningful activities and engagement.
Kitchen Team
Our kitchen team have experience in various catering roles and strive to prepare and serve a varied menu that was designed by our Residents, our kitchen team ensure that each Residents likes and dislikes are catered for.
Housekeeping Team
Our housekeeping team are here 7 days a week to maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness and infection control.
